Eindhoven is a dynamic city that seamlessly blends history and innovation. Known for its technological advancements, the city is not only home to Philips but also the thriving heart of Brabant. At the Philips Museum, you can discover the story behind the iconic lightbulb maker, from its initial invention to the influence Philips has had on modern technology.

The city also offers a lively nightlife scene, with Stratumseind, the longest nightlife street in the Netherlands, where you can enjoy the atmosphere and conviviality in more than 50 cafés. But Eindhoven has more to offer. During the City Challenge, you'll go on an adventure and step into the shoes of Benjamin, Frits Philips' nephew, to escape the city through secret tunnels.

For a bit of competition, you can expend your energy in an exciting paintball or mafia game, where teambuilding and strategy are central. Would you like to explore the city in a relaxed way? Then take an e-chopper tour through nature or the city centre and admire the iconic sights. Or let your brain get a workout during a cosy pub quiz, where you can test your knowledge against other teams.

Eindhoven is also a culinary hotspot, with a charming walking route past various restaurants. During a walking dinner, you can sample local flavours at three different restaurants, perfect for a tasty group activity. And for a hilarious and creative outing, a nude model painting workshop is highly recommended, where you create your own artwork while sharing a good laugh with your group.

In short, Eindhoven offers a perfect blend of culture, adventure and conviviality for a day full of surprises and fun!

Eindhoven
Also known as the “City of Light,” it is the fifth-largest municipality in the Netherlands. Eindhoven is renowned for its innovative character and creativity in the fields of design and technology. Philips played a significant role in the history of this modern and green city, with its numerous parks and hotspots. The city is also known for its excellent shopping and dining opportunities.

Specialities
As a Burgundian city in Brabant, Eindhoven boasts many of its own variations on various delicacies and other things that you can only taste here. Some well-known delights include cheese from Genneper Hoeve, coffee from Stadsbranderij Eindhoven, and the artistic pastries from Pinkie.

Attractions
Eindhoven has many wonderful sights that shouldn't be missed on a trip to this city. In addition to the many activities, we also recommend a visit to the DAF Museum, the PreHistorisch Dorp (Prehistoric Village), and the well-known Philips Museum.

City Challenge
During the City Challenge, you will step into the shoes of Benjamin, Frits Philips' nephew. During the Second World War, he had the important task of delivering an advanced listening device outside the city, without the Germans finding out.

Over the years, Frits had had underground tunnels built, and these tunnels allowed one to leave the city unnoticed. However, this was only known to a select few. None of them were present, so Benjamin had to search for the exit with only Frits's jumbled notes. During the City Challenge Eindhoven, you step into the shoes of Benjamin, the unknown hero of Eindhoven.

Paintball
Paintball and airsoft are very fun activities to do with a large group. It's an activity that brings a lot of challenge and adrenaline. Paintballing is very suitable for team-building because it can be played in multiple teams or everyone for themselves.

E-chopper tour
Riding an e-chopper or Solex is a delightful way to unwind after sporting activities. You can cruise through Eindhoven's nature or explore the city centre to see more of what the city has to offer. E-chopper/Solex tours are especially fun for getting out and about with a group.

Pub quiz
Which team will get through all the quiz rounds during this team-building event, and which Masterminds will face each other in the Grand Finale of the Pub Quiz?

Mafia game
Crime in Eindhoven is spiralling out of control. The criminal underworld has become deeply entrenched in Brabant, and specifically in the city of Eindhoven. Drug gangs, street robbers, extortion, and bank robberies are increasing at an alarming rate. Organised crime has blown over from South America to the south of the Netherlands. While the mafia is growing ever more powerful, the police are losing out.

Your team is going on an undercover mission to break the cartels' power.

Culinary walk
A cosy and delicious Walking Dinner through the city centre of Eindhoven! A fun group activity where food is the central theme. You'll start in the first restaurant with a tasty starter. Afterwards, you'll continue the route to a restaurant for the main course, and the last part of the walk will be for dessert.

Life model painting workshop
The model (male models only) gets completely undressed so that you, under guidance, can create your own artwork. With large sheets of paper, charcoal, and paint, you can let loose behind the easel. And of course, there's also a round where you can paint on a real canvas, so you'll always have a souvenir of this hilarious activity.
Since it's often a surprise for the rest of the group, we always start the workshop as if we're going to do a ‘boring’ still life workshop. Until the still life comes to life… The reaction of the rest of the group will be hilarious!

Philips Museum
In the heart of Eindhoven stands the old factory where Gerard Philips produced his first light bulbs in 1891. This is now the modern Philips Museum, taking you on a journey through the company's history. You'll see how Philips, with its innovative technology, plays an important role in societal changes, starting with electric light and later with radio, television, and the dawn of the digital age.

IIn the cities and regions where we organise our multi-day trips, we work together with various accommodation providers. We believe it is important to be able to create a suitable offer for every budget. As standard, we work with hotels with a minimum qualification of three stars, including breakfast. We also offer the option of half-board to all-inclusive. Naturally, it is also possible to book a luxury five-star hotel with spas and golf courses, or group accommodation with activity fields.

Fancy experiencing a day in Eindhoven yourself? This dynamic city combines technology, culture, and cosiness. From the Philips Museum to the lively Stratumseind, Eindhoven has something for everyone.
